Surrey 5 O day 2 competition . 2 min error on control #1 , and wopping 10 minute error on control 2 and one 2 min error on 14 . Lots of pits used for control sites, technical terrain , short legs. An OK run should have done better.

Setting and control retrieval for Sunfish lake Night O (retrieval was interesting thick fog and dark, did retrieval by memory to make it even more challenging)

Running trails looking for lost competitor after the Night O ; it was fun running in the dark in the fog with moonlight. Competitor was way overtime but came back safe under his own steam about 11:15 pm. Left park at 11:50 pm in very thick fog., couldn't find road out of the parking lot!
