Intervals at Gillingrød. FSK had jukola test race which I joined. I had Birgitte with me as a shadow, and splitted the course into three intervals with a break at control 3 and 6 of about 3min.

O-tech at Dælæne (a woc training). A bit tired after the intervals, but good to see an other type of Østfold terrain. This was definitly more rough:

Middle distance training at Veum with focus on compass. Many good legs, but followed the terrain too much towards the last control especially. Could maybe have been a bit more tough on running a straighter line to control 14, and made a mistake into control 13 (tried to follow the counter but came too low). Additionally, I could have been running more straight after the passing of the first green towards control 12.

Divided the course into two halfs with a break and a restart at control 8.
