EOC-relevant long distance training in Hohwald - course setter Matthias Niggli.

A bit heavy legs from yesterdays 4x4-intervals and a bit tricky into some of the controls without markings in the forst, but a good training anyway to train the destions between road-running and terrain-running as well as considering the climb on different routechoices.

Sprint intervals with the parts of the swiss national team in Baden. First pair start with forked controls, than 3x UpDown intervals (first part up second part down). Some difficult routechoices where we had to decide between stairs or no stairs. running aorund to have a bit less height or going more straigt climibing more.
