Orienteering Race in Grolley close to Fribourg in french part of Switzerland. Good start, than some hesitation and a smaller mistake before I made a big mistake (3:30 miin) to the 11th control. Got stuck in green twice (to the 13th and 14th control), the rest was ok. And in the end I also got really tired

World Cup Sprint Relay in Poland

I ran last leg for NOR 1 in todays sprint relay. I started out a little bit behind the leading teams, but catched up with the runners going out ahead of me approaching control 2 and 3. A small mistake out of control 6 (10 sec), and running around a hedge out of 7th which I could have crossed (5 sec). Also a bad route to control 14. The rest was ok, but I did not have the speed to climb in the field and was unable to improve the position I was sent out in. In my team Ida Bjørgul ran the first leg, Eskil Kinneberg the 2nd and Øystein Kvaal Østerbø the 3rd.
