Orienteering race 13:32 [4]

GRB-selection race sprint. Opened slow and hesitating the first controls, as well as a small mistake into the 2nd control. Ran better and good from there on, but made a small mistake into the 8th control (didn't see the control) and into control nr 15 ( very narrow gap that I didn't find). All in all a 4th position - 16 sec behind Elise, 12 sec behind Cat Taylor, and 2 sec behind Ida. The time gap up to Elise was lost the first part of the course - the rest we had a close fight doing the same mistakes.

2 x sprint loops in Lossiemouth (Euromeeting sprint area 2013). Very inetnsive sprint area - and good and relevant training for WOC

8 x 3 min with 2 min breaks. Ran all intervals like this:

1 min forward - turning - 30 sec opposite direction - turning - 1 min forward - turning - 30 sec opposite direction - turning - 5 sec forward.

Nice intervals - with some extra stop and go's.
