Bohuslunken in Uddevalla in Sweden. Difficult, but managed it quite well, and with only some small time losses I won.

Öjetrampen south of Grässtorp in Sweden. Ran a good technical race, but made one mistake and did some bad route choices in the green areas near the end.

400 m + 600 m + 800 m + 1000 m + 800 m + 600 m + 400 m pyramid intervals.
1:22 min + 2:06 min + 2:54 min + 3:40 min + 2:54 min + 2:08 min + 1:22 min

( that means the 400m was run in the pace 3:25 min/km and the 1000m in 3:40 min/km)

Long time since last time, but ok satiesfied with the times.
