Skiped the middle distance in Skien, and went back home yesterday evening. Ran a nice technical long jog with my dad instead.

NM-sprint Qualification, good technical performance except of the 12th leg. 4th in heat 2, and qualified for the final. Felt tired.

NM-sprint finale, ran good technical, but too slow. Was tired from the first step, but fighted all the way. 7th position 51 sec behind. Disappointed that my shape was worse than hoped, but as expected.
