"Knock Out"-sprint with tree masstarts. The best from the four quarter finals ran semi final A, the second best in the four quarter finals ran semi final B and the rest ran semi final C. The two best of semi final A and B ran final A, the two last in semifinal A and the two best of semi final C ran final B and the rest ran final C. So it was smart to be second in the quarter final to get a easy way to the final.

I ran a little stressed, and made some minor mistaks in the quarter finals, but won the heat anyway. Therefore i ran semi final A together with all quarter final winners. In the semi final I started good, but was not consentrated enough and was behind in the map reading and hesitated and did a big route choice mistake to the 4th control. Loosing the lead and the chance for top 2, by using 10 sec longer than the others. Therefore I ended up in the B final.

This was my best heat, and after 3 controls I made a good route and was alone the rest of the way, without any need of pushing. Won the B-finals.
