Orienteering long 10:00 [3]
NLZ-training: Mass start and two forked loops in the forest on 1:10 000, then after the two rounds scale change to sprint maps, and a short sprint, 1.8km, with butterfly forking. Didn't go full speed, but tried to keep a constant tempo on around I2-3, and all the others did the same, so really funny training with a lot contact with other runners.
