4 times 7 minutes, 3 minutes breaks. Really good training today and was fit eventhough I came directly from an exam, I3 almost the whole interval(means puls under 208 which is my lactate limit) except the last 2minuts of every interval, in which the puls was in I4, just like it should in such a training
