Craftcup middle distance, good race! Was nr 2 almost the whole race behind Bodil Holmström who won. Got tired after the arena and made some smaller mistakes here, but managed to keep my 2.position! Satisfied!

NM long distance in Trøgstad Indre Østfold, good start except of the route choice to the third. Made some smaller mistakes, but was nr 2 at the 12.c. Made a big route choice mistakes to the 13.c, and lost 1:30min and fell down to a 4. position which I kept the rest of the race. In other words, an ok performance and result.

Long run directly after work. Now off to send my "rulleski" and my bike to Switzerland!

Biked more than 20 km, but it was only for travelling to my job and back again so I can not really call it training even though I was warm when I arrived at home. Any way - my training plan says rest day!
