KM middle distance at Nordåsen in Nannestad. Challenging terrain and I managed it good. Expect from a few smaller time losses (10-30sec) and some route choiches I am very satisfied with my race and I was only beaten by Heidi Bagstevold with 10 sec.

Really tired after a long day of staining the house, so trained just half the time I had planned.

KM sprint, was more a short distance with winning time 21min. Made 6 smaller and bigger mistakes, a bit to much, but the biggest was already to the second control. Had some problems with slippery shoes (inov8) and to read the map in green forest (startet late so a bit dark) but can not blame my mistakes on neighter. Fourth place.
