National Team Camp #7 in Bjerkeskogen.

Good start to 1 and out of 2, but forgot my compass after 100m, and drifted out left, saved it in again and did not search the control. But unnecessary long way to run. Good start towards the 3rd, but did not see the small knoll in the circle edge and headed for it when I saw it. Realized quite fast, but also here some sec lost. 4th was good I think but did not see the marking. Good also to 5, but maybe the path left would have been faster? Good also to 6th, where I used the marshes. To the 7th I started well, but it was difficult to get up the rocky slope in the middle, and I drifted out to the right, and used some time to realize how fare I was out right. Good to the 8th, 9th and 10th.

National Team Camp #6 || long distance. Two large parallel mistakes where I used long time to relocate (2nd and 19th control). Also a mistake into control 10. Struggled a bit on the execution of long legs to 4th and to the 6th control as well. Long long distance today, and tricky terrain with more details in the forest than on the map. A bit heavy training loaded legs today, but I still think I stood the distance ok even though I was tired towards the end. Need to work on my technique, to avoid the two big mistakes but also on the execution of the long legs. Happy with some of my long legs today also (8th, 9th), and I kept if well together in the butterfly. Had Göran behind me for several controls today and there I always kept it together technically as well. Maybe I need a running camera guy behind me always? Tove won on 1:26, 12min ahead of me today.

KM-sprint 5th place. Not by race... started ok to control 1 but somehow I did not see control 2 on the map and headed towards nr 3, realized halfway but lost about 35s. To the 3rd I did not see the best option up a staircase and through the parking house (such multilevel buildings should be avoided when making sprint courses, it never gets clear on the map and thereby not fair), and lost about 10s. 4th was good, but to the 5th I thought I could go straight and come to the right level, but I did not and had to replan and search for the stair (same parking house as to the 3rd). Lost about 40s here. With this mistake I lost some motivation but tried to keep focused for the rest of the race. Also lost a lot of time on the route to the 7th control. The stairs down were much slower and longer than I had thought. Ran ok from here untill control 15. But to the 16th I searched and lost a new 30s... (maybe a bit bad map here?) Ok the rest aggain. Nr 5, 2min behind Anne Johanne who also had one 40s mistake.
