Running race 10:33 [5] 3.0 km (3:31 / km)

The plan was to run on 10:30 and the hope to run faster. Did not feel great, but felt the 1st 5 rounds went fairly easy on 3:25 min, running just behind Ingjerd who ran on a pace I felt was ok. But she slowed down a little after that and I passed her after having run the 6th round in 43 sec, ran some rounds in 42s, but did not manage to get back down to 41s and I even fell back down to 43. Had no help after I passed Ingjerd (gap up to next runner) and lost also track on how I was doing. after 10 rounds I had about 7 min, meaning the 2nd 1000m I ran approx on 3:35 min. The last 1000m I manage to keep the same speed, and with a little sprint the last round (39 sec) I ran the last 1000m a little faster the 2nd (approx. 3:33 min).

Finish times: 10:33:16.

Not a very good time, but it was about what I knew I would manage without any peaking infront of it, so ok. Would have been fun to run a 3000m once with good shape and fresh legs, and approach the 10:00 min magic limit ;-) So for now my PB of 10:15 min from july 2012 stands.
