Took the bus down to Lenk and made 5*3min with 1 min breaks. Really nice tracks and the legs was flying with the light weight skiies on my feets...:)

Ski touring, also for my first time, with touring skies we started at 7:30 just before the sun was rising and walked up 700-800m to the top Tierberg. Using around 3h.

Skiing down agian was much harder for a beginner as me, and after 20minuts I was so tired that I had to really fight to be able of making loops. Skiing off pist is really hard, at least when you are not used to it.

Skiing for my very first time in Lenk-Adelboden(around 6h in total but not every thing can be counted as training), was a bit scared the first time I had to make a slope, but as soon as I realized that the skies was very stable and easy to stop I had no problems with coming down the hill in an ok way, and in the end I could kind of keep up with the others eventhough they were technically many many levels above me. In the evening we got spanish tortillas made by a spanish

Really good training today and was fit eventhough I came directly from an exam, I3 almost the whole interval(means puls under 208 which is my lactate limit) except the last 2minuts of every interval, in which the puls was in I4, just like it should in such a training

Ran 6*1000m on an outside track which I had heard should be snow and ice free, this was not the case: 150 m of the 400m track was covered with snow and ice. Was anyway a good training, eventhough it slowed me down a bit, so ran the 1000meters on around 4minuts, starting a new interval every 5 minut.
