Bern By Night, this time 60min time to find as many controls as possible. The controls gave points (5, 10, 15, 20) due to where they were, and one control gave 1min bonus time if you climed up a 4 m high stone and punched the control that was there. I had a good race, but due to not to good planing in the second half of the time, I had to let 3 controls be, and managed to punch at the finnish time 2 sec before the time was out! Simone got 280 points, I got 270 and had 1min longer time, so that means one control less and one minute more, that is a hugh step forward compared to my other bern by night's...!

Two times short sprints of ca 600m each, and in the end two times ultrashort sprint ca 300m. Was a lot of controls and stressy orienteering, and made some mistakes in some difficult areas, but really good training

Corridor and direction training (night orienteering). For the first time since I arrived in Switzerland I finally had a good feeling in a technical training. Eventhough I made some mistakes also today, they were small and I could always correct it fast. Fun
