Middle training in La Givrine. Started ok to ctrl 1, but came too high in the slope and could not find out where. Went back and downwards and found ctrl 3, but thought it was nr 2 and continued towards the 3rd. Had to restart eventually and went to a path and back up to retry for the 2nd. After that better, but hurt the leg towards ctrl 4 and ran slower and a bit careful after that. Jura is difficult and espacially when it is long time since last time.
