Core Training (Outdoor Boot Camp) 26:00 intensity: (4:00 @2) + (22:00 @4)

All was fine until we were running laps of the parking lot to cool down and something in my knee "popped". Pain like I haven't felt in years. Trying to ice it down and see if I can eventually "walk it off". Otherwise, potential bad news.

Generally inefficient ride that ended with me staring right at a 20K chest "two pedals" away. 128,887 points. Twelfth out of thirty-one overall; sixth of seven age group. First of two (by 42K) all-time at the Y. P:132; C:59.
