Very weird. Heart rate finished at 128 (on the tough bike) but went up to 140 in the first minute of cool down, but in the third minute dropped "instantly" from 132 to 96. I think the sensors were off. My watch recorded no such fluctuations.

Apparently the "good" bike is out of commission, so it's slow times and low scores for a while. Ghost passed me in the first tenth of a mile and it was all over after that. For a while I thought I had a shot at under seventeen minutes but even that was a bad joke. Top 20% overall; top 30% age group. Still third (out of thirty-six) all-time at the Y (by 36 seconds) although this ride would only have been eighth. P:199; C:60.
