Maze Mania (Tactics) Dragon Hunting. 356,861 points. Couldn't find a treasure chest for the first half of the ride; earned over 80% of my points in the second half. Just made the top 2/3 overall. Eighth out of nine in age group. Only rider from my Y. P: 130; C:55

Core Training (Total Training) 7:00 intensity: (3:00 @2) + (4:00 @4)

After slight warmup, we started on some exercises and my lower abs cramped "effectively and painfully". I suspect that there was muscular exhaustion (from lack of quality sleep) and I have been hit with overall achiness and general exhaustion (mild flu?) for the next 36 hours so it was clearly time to limp out of there and get home for rest...

Note: I write this on Thursday and have gone home for multiple hours in the middle of the day for two days in a row; Theresa can only remember me being sick two days in a row once before, so this must be "real".

Dragon's World (Tactics) 538,728 points. Rode moderately hard and seemed to develop a decent "treasure chest" strategy although it is still too ad hoc. Top half overall, but just missed on age group. One and only at the Y. P:130; C:56.
