Good ride. Top 10% overall; top 20% age group (though missed top 15 by only two seconds!) Second (out of 35!) at the Y all time, thirty-one seconds off the pace. P: 231; C:54.

Felt completely out of it and never got going. Actually had under 6000 points at halfway match. Just feel logy today. Top 25%, but over 10000 behind season leader at the Y. Did get a small workout in afterwards at the recycle center - took over fifteen minutes to unload all the newspapers from the car.

Started body weight stuff, but abs cramped up. Very odd; painful while it lasted. Not sure why it occurred.

Coastal Run course.

Jumped two seconds ahead of my ghost in the first fifteen seconds and then fought him the rest of the way with my lead switching from one to three seconds (except for a bump to five at the top of the hill). In the end, I set a PR by two seconds. Top 5% overall; top 10% age group. Second all time (out of thirty-five) at the Y; twelve seconds off the pace.
