Running 59:29 [3] 5.1 mi (11:40 / mi) +200m 10:24 / mi

Legs were feeling first two outdoor runs, but I wanted one more before returning to the cold of western NY. So, I went out slow and steady planning on the short loop. Again, I changed my mind and did the long loop, but I did keep with the "slow" plan. Today it was 43 when I finished. Wow!

Same course as yesterday, complete with last minute decision to add distance. The good news is that it was twenty degrees warmer (33 vs. 13).

Hotel to Liberty Memorial, planning to circle it and return. When I climbed the hill by the memorial, it was too beautiful (at sunrise) and too flat, so I added distance and did "the long loop". Interestingly, this very same "change of plans" occurred each of the next two days as well.
