Legs were feeling first two outdoor runs, but I wanted one more before returning to the cold of western NY. So, I went out slow and steady planning on the short loop. Again, I changed my mind and did the long loop, but I did keep with the "slow" plan. Today it was 43 when I finished. Wow!

Hotel to Liberty Memorial, planning to circle it and return. When I climbed the hill by the memorial, it was too beautiful (at sunrise) and too flat, so I added distance and did "the long loop". Interestingly, this very same "change of plans" occurred each of the next two days as well.
