Apple Grinder course. Tried to hammer it the whole way, hoping to break 22 and then shooting for 21. Top 10% both overall and age group. Took the Y record by 44 seconds; had been in third place. P:264; C:60

First time in about eight months... vs. Brian. Both of us were out of handball shape and made some real rookie mistakes, but I prevailed 21-11 and then 21-17 after trailing 5-14 in the second game.
