Savage Revenge course. This month's challenge is 5000 calories. The measurement is odd, though - even by random cardio-equipment standards. The bike said my course was 990; including cool-down 1024. The site says 971 (course only). The challenge credits me with 1006, but it says it does course only. Wow!

In any event, one course down on my annual "do all the courses" challenge.

Was feeling out of it a bit and couldn't keep up with my ghost after the first two miles or so. He took me by a bit over two minutes. P: 199; C: 56
