Cardio (Bike (video)) 35:37 [3] 10.0 mi (3:34 / mi)

Outlaw Rock. Bishop22 will say this never happened because the bike was off-line, but it did. Of course, no leader board to shoot for since the bike was off-line... P: 202, C: 55

Edit: Apparently the bike stored the time and uploaded it when it went back online because my time shows up on the website. First of two at the local Y.

A bit on the bike and then a walk on the track. Blister isn't weight bearing, so it's not too bad. Legs are still sore, but...

Running 2:30:47 [3] 13.1 mi (11:31 / mi)

Polar Bear Series #5 (missed #4 due to illness)

So, as wonderful as it is to cross train, one probably shouldn't attempt an outdoor running race in late March if completing it will more than double one's outdoor mileage for the year (in my case up it by 145% as I had run only 3 5K's.)

I set out a bit faster than I meant to with the pack and after a mile just tried to settle into a pace that I thought I could maintain for another 2.5 hours. If one assumes that the second mileage marker was misplaced, I managed to complete each of the remaining miles in between 11:17 and 12:02, so I made my goal. My legs are sore, but the real problem is a blister near the front part of the arch on my right foot. I must have had bad sock bunching because this thing is about one inch by two inches. It didn't pop and has minimal fluid, but it is bright red. Have to watch it over the next few days.
