Cardio (Bike (video)) 34:50 [3] 10.0 mi (3:29 / mi)

Camel Country - a down, then up ride. The up made it tough to know my projected finish time until the end. I was about 2/3 of the way through before I knew that I could catch the local leader. Eventually took him by 82 seconds. P: 207, C: 61

Cardio warm up/down (Bike (video)) 10:00 [3]

Heart rate to 100.

Walking/Hiking warm up/down 16:00 [1] 1.0 mi (16:00 / mi)

Racquetball 25:00 [1]

With Payne. 15-2, 15-4. Looks bad, but it was all in the serving. I had 18 non-returnable serves; he had none. The actual rallies were competitive.

Cardio (Elliptical) 10:00 [3]

Before racquetball, watching the Bonnies play Saint Louis. Later, after the racquetball, we caught the last 20 seconds and the game-winning shot!

Core Training 40:00 intensity: (16:00 @2) + (24:00 @4)

Y lot was so full that I had to park across the street. First time that ever happened at 6 a.m. Of course, there were four spots available by the time I went through the door, so timing is truly everything.

Watercize 45:30 intensity: (44:00 @1) + (1:30 @4)

Two brutal jumping sets in the midst of an otherwise regular class!

Core Training (Total Training) 46:00 intensity: (18:00 @2) + (28:00 @3)

Only body weight stuff so it wasn't too bad - except for the "chair dips"; my chair was narrow and the positioning was awkward.

Cardio (Bike (video)) 36:23 [3] 10.16 mi (3:35 / mi)

Drifter's Peak course. It's a real steep uphill followed by a steep downhill. Probably impossible to avoid negative splits, but tough to predict your finishing time as you go... At the halfway point, I was WAY behind even the second (of two) name on the leader board, but I pushed it down the hill and passed him and then also passed the guy who usually challenges me. Took the top spot at the Y by 56 seconds. P: 199, C: 58

Cardio warm up/down (Bike (video)) 10:00 [1]

Tried to get the heart rate below 100, but bottomed out after ten minutes at 103.

Walking/Hiking warm up/down 16:00 [1] 1.0 mi (16:00 / mi)
