Core Training 25:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (20:00 @4)

Stretching time seems to be down, but the arm workout was so intense that I didn't even want to shampoo afterwards because of the "lifting" involved.

Cardio (Elliptical Cross Trainer) 15:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (10:00 @3)

Cutthroat (discounted) with Steve's B and K

Got there after they were warm, so I just said to start the first game cold. Trailed 0-3-7, came back to 12-9-14, but then Steve K ran off seven in a row to win.

Game featured lots of three and four point runs, but ultimately it was 17-14-17 before Steve K ran off four in a row to win.

Got the serve and got hot; jumped out to 12-1-0 and 19-2-4 leads before slacking off and winning 21-4-12

Cutthroat with Lucas and Brian

Brian's (negative) attitude took some of the starch out of Lucas and me. Lucas got ahead in the first game by four and I led Brian by four and it more or less stayed that way. 16-21-12

Brian played better even as Lucas and I tried very hard not to upset him. He was still being very harsh (on himself, but disturbingly so). Lucas was a bit off and so was I, so it was a very competitive game. 19-21-17

My serve started and ended "on fire", so the game wasn't so competitive and Brian, at least, was getting tired. 21-12-4.
