Gargoyle loop with the trail option along the gas line and a new "zigzag" through Bob's Woods (recently renamed in honor of the late Father Bob Stewart - formerly Francis Woods).

Only one quick set the whole way through as I had to make it to the retirement luncheon.

First time in the pool in four months. I could feel all of the latency (and none of the rhythm).

Random @ 20. Too hard. Went much slower than I wanted even with too much effort (came out in lower amounts in weights).
