Swimming 22:03 [2] 1.0 km (22:03 / km)

The pool was a bit warm, but I was definitely more slow than the pool was warm.

Watercize 52:00 [1]

New instructor. Less cardio than usual, but more flexibility. I really liked it. I could get in to pushing the swim a bit harder and then doing this workout on Thursdays...

Handball 45:00 [2]

Cutthroat (discounted) against Steve the elder (from Monday) and Steve the younger (novice).

Lost the first "game" 0-2 as we waited for Steve the younger to arrive; couldn't get going for quite some time afterwards.

First real game: Led 1-0-0 before losing 1-6-15.
Second game: Tied at 1's, but lost 2-9-15. Nothing in my legs and I don't seem to be seeing the ball too well. Later on the Celtics would remind me of myself as they seemed to miss so many easy shots early in their game.
Third game: Trailed 0-0-8 before two things happened; I got a bit lucky, followed by finding my range, and Steve the elder got tired. Won 15-8-12.
Fourth game: Won 15-4-3.
Fifth game: The "good" one. All three pairs were "top two" at some point and no one ever led by more than three. Won 15-8-12.

Handball 57:00 [3]

Singles with Steve - an experienced player

First match: Led 4-3, trailed 4-12, lost 9-15
Second match: Won 15-4
Third match: Tied at 6, won 15-9
Fourth match: Trailed 6-9, won 15-10
Fifth match: Won 15-11 in a rare match that was close throughout

Exhausting match for both of us.
