15-6
12-15; led 6-2, trailed 7-14 *sigh* perhaps I should mark that middle section at a lower intensity

Cardio (Bike (Standard)) 23:00 [3]

Random @ 15. Mileage was way down (just under 20%), but perceived effort and (reported) heart rate were the usual values and I think RPMs were too, but I don't usually pay a lot of attention there. Might have to check with another bike...

Watercize 48:00 intensity: (38:00 @1) + (10:00 @2)

Record small class; only two of us left when it was done.

Cardio (Elliptical) 23:00 [3]

Random @ 15, feeling remarkably logy.

Weights 14:00 [3]

Very short set... Couldn't get psyched...

Handball 50:00 intensity: (15:00 @2) + (35:00 @4)

Most exhausting match in over a year. Singles vs. Steve - the older, skilled player who has the same unusual style I do. It turns out that playing singles let me focus on his style and exploit its weaknesses and made me more aware of my own.

Game 1: No one ever lead by more than 2. Trailed 11-13 before winning 15-13.
Game 2: Tied at 2, 4, 6, and 8. At 10-8, Steve called time out; we were both gassed. He didn't break through the wall, though and I won 6 of the last 7 rallies to win 15-8.
Game 3: (The lower intensity) Despite a water break, neither of us had much left in the tank. Tied at 2, 4, and 6 before I started serving well and he lost a real step. 15-6.

I am much more proud of this victory than any other match I've played that I can recall. Great time; great workout; great result.

The Nth Annual Allegany State Park Pilgrimage. (Not my pilgrimage as it's just down the road for me, but it was a haul for my companions.)
