Racquetball 1:15:00 [2]

Way too much as I got involved in a round-robin setup and felt obligated to see it through. Have a sore butt (think it was a wall collision), slightly tweaked hamstring, and some small pain in the knee. Much better than I deserve for my stupidity.

(Did win more than I lost, however...)

Was cramped (sharing a lane and had the wall side) for first half, but thought I did better than this....

Watercize 55:00 [1]

...including teaching the last fifteen minutes of class.

Handball 30:00 [1]

Doubles with one other experienced player and two novices. One of the novices provided good mental training for 'O'. Every time he screwed up, he would get really angry and send himself on a downward spiral that took a while to reverse. In one game, his side was down 5-10, came back to 9-10 before an obviously fluke shot got the other side the serve. His attitude cost him the next two points as he was clearly not ready to play.

All in all, reminded me of the importance of keeping a clear head, even in the presence of mistakes on the course. It's one thing to give up five minutes on a bad error; it's another to do it three consecutive times because you can't recover mentally...

Started strong, but felt weak in the middle, then okay at the end. Muscles tired, though.

Some cramping in the shin(!) area. Very strange.

A little singles and some more cutthroat against weaker players. Less twisting than last week, so better results all around...
