Doubles with one other experienced player and two novices. One of the novices provided good mental training for 'O'. Every time he screwed up, he would get really angry and send himself on a downward spiral that took a while to reverse. In one game, his side was down 5-10, came back to 9-10 before an obviously fluke shot got the other side the serve. His attitude cost him the next two points as he was clearly not ready to play.
All in all, reminded me of the importance of keeping a clear head, even in the presence of mistakes on the course. It's one thing to give up five minutes on a bad error; it's another to do it three consecutive times because you can't recover mentally...
