Was going along quite well when I got a bad cramp in my groin. After some time to massage it, I was able to finish the mile (was about 75% done when the cramp hit) by using some stroke variation and some swimming as if I had a pull buoy in place. Very frustrating as I thought I had a shot at a recent PR for the swim...
