All was fine until we were running laps of the parking lot to cool down and something in my knee "popped". Pain like I haven't felt in years. Trying to ice it down and see if I can eventually "walk it off". Otherwise, potential bad news.

Coastal Run course. Wanted to break my PR (9:50) and started strong and kept opening up on my ghost. Second straight "great" ride makes me question the calibration of the bike. (No way could it be my fitness.) Top 5% overall and age group. First (out of sixty) all-time at the Y (by eleven seconds.) P:263; C:57.
