(left a bunch of points on the table by poorly timing 4x bonuses and treasure chests) Mediocre to poor both overall and age group, but it was my first time on the course... Second out of two all time at the Y, but close given errors in timing. P:134; C:56

The Great Pumpkin Workout - Everyone got a pumpkin and it was (more or less) used in every exercise, e.g. side-to-side hops over the pumpkin, pumpkin (Russian) twists, squash jumps (pumpkin goes overhead on squat jump), etc.

Dragon Fire course. Ankle was sore before I started (and VERY SORE by evening) but felt fine while I rode. Under fifteen minutes was the goal throughout and was obviously very doable in the end. Missed top 5% by five seconds! Made top 10% age group. Passed five other riders to take first all-time at the Y by ten seconds! P:235; C:58.
