Animal Adventure course

59,000+ points. Felt "okay", but someone has nearly ten times that in the same time frame. Obviously there is something about the leaderboard and/or the course that I don't get.

Expresso Speedway course

Resistance still seems high. Ghost passed me about 0.4 miles and I got "blitzed" after that. Top 10% overall and age group. Still hold 2nd at the Y (to some guest from Colorado) but today would have been only third (by one second). P:303; C:65

Rolling Thunder course

Resistance still set too high on bike; nearly killed myself trying to stay ahead of my ghost for the first quarter mile; eventually lost by 13 seconds. Top 10% overall; top 25% age group, but the numbers are too small to be significant (see yesterday). Still hold (and would have taken) the local Y record (35 entrants). P:286; C:63.

Bikes are now online, but the right one (of two) has no resistance. Left one was in use, so I just rode a series of dragon/coin hunting adventures until the guy to my left was done.

Redwood Dash course

Resistance was a lot higher on this bike than I am used to so I rode in 22nd gear instead of 27th like I would normally do for a course this short. Was soon passed by my ghost who ultimately beat me by fifteen seconds. Top 10% overall; top 10% age group. Took the season lead at the Y; still hold the Y record, but today would have been three seconds out of second and one better than third. P:312; C:59

New bikes at the Y. Not yet registered, but they have some courses "locked" and the new coins/dragon courses. Resistance was poorly set on the bike I was on and I cranked the gears to 30 without straining. Rode Redwood Dash in less than 3 minutes and also spent some time hunting dragons.

Saw the ugly head of my ghost at the fifteen second mark, but jumped back ahead of him; opened up a 1 second lead late, but lost it and only tied my PR. Closest I've ever ridden to a previous result! Top 5% overall; top 10% age group. Best this season at the Y; 3rd (out of 49) all time at the Y - twelve and three seconds off the pace. P:265; C:58.

Felt completely out of it and never got going. Actually had under 6000 points at halfway match. Just feel logy today. Top 25%, but over 10000 behind season leader at the Y. Did get a small workout in afterwards at the recycle center - took over fifteen minutes to unload all the newspapers from the car.
