Went to Buffalo to see the knee doctor. My healing progress was declared to be a 10-10.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Advice on running and racquet sports was confirmed at PT this morning. No running (on road, trail, or treadmill) until the 29th. No court sports until March 14 (3 months post surgery). Still, I am very happy.

New machine; not sure of its name. Elliptical, but it lets you vary the stride length so it can be more of a runner or a climber. I tried to use it as a climber since I'm supposed to do stairs, but it was tough to be consistent.

Manual: 12 minutes resistance 10, 3 minutes @ 15, then cool down.

Swimming 4:36 [1] 0.12 mi (38:21 / mi)

Much better than yesterday...

First swim - limited to 1/8 mile by program; felt differently at different times, but could have done more.

Some moves were very easy; others were surprisingly difficult. Lots of "clicking" in the knee.
