Swimming 33:04 [3] 1.0 mi (33:04 / mi)

Miscount low? Even one minute slower would be realistic. But my heart was pounding at the end...

Watercize 54:00 [1]

Swimming 34:04 [3] 1.0 mi (34:04 / mi)

Would have broken 34 but for the huge mouthful of water I swallowed with 125 yards to go. Go to find a way to get a lane to myself...

Watercize 49:00 [2]

Fighting leg cramps for most of the second half got heart rate up more than normal!

Handball 35:00 [1]

Sunday Mar 25, 2007 #

Running 36:29 [2] 3.8 mi (9:36 / mi)

Too nice a day... workout time got changed after a large breakfast -> slow run, but such a nice day...

Swimming 20:48 [2] 1.0 km (20:48 / km)

Interesting to try to swim right after a run...
Took a while to get in rhythm, but then it felt better than usual. Too bad I bailed (time commitments) after only 1 km.

Running 38:42 [2] 4.0 mi (9:41 / mi)

Still sore... Racquetball strategy barely got out yesterday's aggressions, but definitely slowed down the run. On the other hand, I found a five dollar bill and as I passed the "Hut-A-Thon" fundraiser for the homeless, I was able to do the right thing. Spiritually, this workout rates a '5'.

Swimming 33:52 [2] 1.0 mi (33:52 / mi)

Watercize 54:00 [1]

Racquetball 45:00 [3]

Spaeth, 7-15, 11-15, 9-15

Anaerobic workout as I insisted that every swing be as hard as possible - no exceptions, many double-faults. Failed to induce the necessary self-injury to mask work pain from the day, but I suspect that my shoulder will be VERY sore tomorrow.

Handball 20:00 [1]

Very light (time discounted) as we alternated cutthroat and "breaking in" the new guy

Tuesday Mar 20, 2007 #

Swimming 34:52 [2] 1.0 mi (34:52 / mi)

Warm pool; slow start; and equipment malfunction (goggles problem)...

Watercize 53:00 [1]

Monday Mar 19, 2007 #

Handball 25:00 [1]

Note
slept:14.5 (sick)

The best part about sleeping is that even the little I ate isn't digesting too fast...

Note
(sick)

Aches, runs, and more runs... sounds like a training regimen, but it's not.

Handball 30:00 [1]

Thursday Mar 8, 2007 #

Only exercise while at a conference - other than walking a few miles between sessions and hotel.

*sigh*

Tuesday Mar 6, 2007 #

Swimming 36:23 [2] 1.0 mi (36:23 / mi)

Warm pool (86+) and sore legs = longer time

Just kicking some in the therapy pool to help legs heal from yesterday.
