Moody's Ambush course

Started out thinking that I just wanted a "recovery ride", planning to break 20 minutes. Then saw that the best season time was 16:49 and my PR was 16:46, so I had to go for that. Top 5% overall; top 10% age group. Still only 3rd out of 28 all-time at the Y, but four seconds out of second place and fourteen from the record. If only I had known... P:240; C:55
