Calf held up. Okay race. It was realllly muddy.

Intervals on the Webster Park Course. 5 x 800m, and 1 x 1000m at the end to the finish. I think I averaged maybe around 4:05 or 4:10 seconds? Kinda guessed the time because my watch died.
