S48 C41 Skintec BLUEBIRD!
Parked on the main road--first time in many years!
Chill ski with Karen. Quad is tender so I took it very easy.
Conditions were excellent and even though BC Ferries cancelled sailings it was calm in the trees and sun. Took off 12 minutes for chatting with Mike and Nancy.
February 186.52 Season thus far 679.35 kms. It is hard to build up kms at Hollyburn!

S47 Sk7 A nice sunny afternoon +5C at wax room but cooler in the shade and the snow was not melting. Classic tracks looked good but I was skating on a hard base with a light dusting and lots of ridges. OK but not ideal. Worked on glide, balance and flat ski. Fell once and tweaked the already tweaked quad. Met Bruce and Robyn just as they were finishing.

S46 C40 Skintec. +2 but icy until the trees. Nice tracks after that. With Karen. A bit rushed because I had to get back to New West for Physio at noon. Good thing because I tweaked the medial quad when I mis-kicked striding aggressively up the final hill on the ski school loop.
I hope ice cures all things.

S45 Sk6 +2 drizzle, a bit foggy, a few snow bombs.
Kuu Yellow and coarse rill worked very well on the new corduroy. Focused on flat ski and controlled weight shift. As it got dark, the humps and ridges became hard to see.
A quiet Sunday late afternoon. I got the perfect parking spot!
