Running warm up/down 19:00 [3]

Up. I thought it was 1.1km to the start. It wasn't. I think it was 1.7, so I ended up running longer and faster for the warm-up than I intended.

Troll cup day one. Got stuck in the green right off the bat, and so I was very slow early on, but I was able to pick it up a lot in the middle and towards the end once I got a feel for it. Mistake at number 10 where I got carried away running down the spur, and also number 15 where I got turned in some green.

I honestly can't remember what I did for training, or if I did anything. I'm pretty sure I did, but I can't remember what, so we'll say I'm lazy and no credit.

Ultimate 30:00 [3]

First day of indoor ultimate. We just practiced and payed around. I actually don't remember much about it.

A bit chilly, but I eventually warmed up to the point where I had my shirt off. I ran in Centennial woods, and on my way back I picked up the speed a lot. At one point I was almost matching a biker up a gradual hill. That was pretty satisfying.

Ultimate 15:00 [3]

Other team was really not a nice team. They made a lot of bad calls and were generally disagreeable people. We still won, though, but one of our guys got a fractured shoulder so I went to the hospital with him. Missed the second game, but we got out in time to join the team for lunch at Friendly's!
