After my warm-up I checked my phone to double-check the workout, and I saw Erin had sent out new training for the week, and it was 2/3 the distance. Jubilation! The total amount of rest was twice the total amount of running, but the idea was to do things fast. With the exception of the 800 and the last 400, I think I did a decent job.
2x400 (90 second rests), 800 (3 min rest), 2x400 (90 second rests), 4x200 (3 min rests, really fast)
