Back to Carolyn's, easing back into some strength... 10 min brisk walk for warm-up, and only one circuit. Didn't do lunges as I could feel the inside of my right knee.

Ran with Philippa and partly Jay, to the stairs near Stampede grounds. Walked the stairs, and then back up Centre street. Missed the rain!

putting out controls for a Mt Laurie training and collecting controls. Both processes interrupted by a bear. One scrambling up a tree about 10ft from me, the other looking down a trail to me, about 20ft away... Nice cinnamon nose on that one! Marsha also saw a bear on a different area. Sadly the map needs major updating but as we are never likely to get permission to hold another event there, can't justify a complete update :(
