Getting better but certainly far from 100%... However, now I only have one more to do to get my 6 races in. Took it easy, but it was still hard. About -14 with a strong easterly wind. Walked almost all of the hills. Legs dead. Really nice track along the creek - lots of ice. My slowest time by 4 minutes - not too surprising!

A walk around the neighbourhood to try to clear my sinuses and nose! Biting north wind and temps about -7C. Was going to go to Nose Hill but too much ice so kept to cleared paths.
