Serious case of bronchitis has literally knocked me out of the running. Got winded walking 100 yds from lake up hill and stairs to house. I will beat this, but MD seriously told me to lay off for 4-5 days. Hoping to recover soon. Return to running tbd. Will try a walk for 2 miles and will jog if I possibly can.
