3 x West Chevin climb. Slow, tired, fat, heart not happy but just kept chugging up the hlil and back down again. Not actually all that bad. Must stop eating chocolate.
Feeling very bloated, not good at all. Pressed the wrong button at the start of the 1st hill and stopped half way up when I realised I had stopped my watch. The rest were slow but actually much better than I thought I would be.
