Training Log Archive: Frostbite

Stockholm DM Long, Bogesund. Covered some different terrain with some larger hills and clearer features than yesterday. It all seemed a lot easier. Also had a 2k track run in the middle of the course. Just 1 small mistake at #8, coming downhill onto the wrong crag and having a good look at it before moving on to the right crag. Very tired by the end but pleased with the run. 21/55, 137% (Allan Mogensen again).

Stockholm DM Middle, Bogesund near Waxholm. Very tricky area with lots of low level detail and some well hidden controls. Lost time in the circle on #1, #2, #8, #9, #10. Very enjoyable though. 32/71, 157% of winner (Allan Mogensen).

Collecting in some controls between Naset and Granby from the end of the snap band handicap from yesterday. Jogged out along the track but then walked all the stuff in terrain.

More training at Naset - hanging, shadowing, collecting

Luffarligan, Kärsön - an island near Drottningholm palace. Course A. Wandered around in a knackered sort of way, was just walking the last third. Off line a few times but only one real mistake, descending the cliffs unnecessarily before #13. Nick B won in 40 minutes, also beaten by Pete 47, Euan 48, Dom 50, Matt R 55, Evie 57, Sam C 60, Lulu 61. I beat Mike though.
