hill running 1:13:15 [3] 6.1 mi (12:00 / mi) +350m 10:11 / mi

Beamsley Beacon, Round Hill, Foldshaw Ridge, Beamsley Beacon. Same as two weeks ago, but slower. The only fast bits were up the Beacon the first time and down the Beacon to finish. Not feeling great, stomach strained. I perked up a little on the second climb of the Beacon and I was catching a runner in front of me, but then the stomach issue returned with extreme prejudice and I had to make an emergency stop.

Pleasant, apart from, you know.

hill intervals 35:00 [5] 2.5 mi (14:00 / mi)

6 x Dunny Hill. Not with Evie. Much the same as last week until the last one where I just couldn't move. I nearly ended up walking on the steepest bit. Oh well.

2:03, 2:05, 2:10, 2:08, 2:17, 2:26.

Oh dear.

Tuesday Nov 7, 2017 #

running 50:42 [3] 5.3 mi (9:34 / mi)

Potternewton, Gledhow Park and Chapel Allerton with Evie. My legs were a bit sore so I took a while to get going. Also Evie wanted to run slower anyway. Not really all that slow in the end.

Monday Nov 6, 2017 #

running 29:03 [4] 3.2 mi (9:05 / mi)

Weetwood and Lawnswood with 6 x 2 min fast. A bit slow but ok.
