Down to the park, 3.5 laps of the Hollies and Meanwood, then back up the steps. I was feeling well tired but the pace was ok - 18:48 for the first lap, then 18:21, 18:12. The 4th lap was harder work but I was still moving quite well when I got a phone call just after crossing the beck. 2 minutes stood still, then I had to run straight home from there to do some work. bah.
Apart from aborting the last lap, pretty good.
