running 58:42 [2] 5.0 mi (11:44 / mi)
ahr:132 max:149

Slabbering Baby and back, very gently but with tired and sore legs.

The woods are in a state of autumnal loveliness, much as I am now that I have reached the age of 46.

OOoonnnnngngghhhh. That's the noise I make every time I get up off a chair.

hill running 1:22:26 [3] 6.0 mi (13:44 / mi) +600m 10:29 / mi
ahr:142 max:158

Up and down and up and down on the Chevin and Danefield. Included two full climbs up the steps.

very slow really, I couldn't get any sort of speed going. Wet and slippery which slowed me down even more.

Tired. Feeble on hills but I kept going. Just.

running warm up/down 5:55 [2] 0.5 mi (11:50 / mi)

round Clarendon

running 26:16 [4] 3.2 mi (8:12 / mi)
ahr:150 max:157

Tempo run, Weetwood Lane and Lawnswood, as last week. I was always intending to go a bit slower and more or less did the intended time, but it was supposed to be easier. I didn't find it any easier. Tired and sore.

Wednesday Nov 12, 2014 #

running 1:08:12 [3] 7.0 mi (9:45 / mi)
ahr:141 max:149

Butcher Hill, Newlay, Kirkstall. Much wetter than of late and heavy going in places. Also lost a minute waiting to cross Abbey Road. Plodding.

Tuesday Nov 11, 2014 #
